Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Normally check-in is 2 pm and check-out 10 am.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

No, however we do require credit card details on file.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes. Please check with the manager for the process.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

This may be possible. Please check with the manager. An additional charge may apply.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit equal to the first nights accommodation is required to confirm any booking.

Q: Can I book local attraction tickets at reception?

Yes, we have a range of attractions that can be booked through our reception.

General information about our accommodation services and on-site facilities.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

We have free access to Wifi throughout the complex. When you check in you will get a card that gives you free access for up to 5 days or 1.5Gb.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Each of our two buildings, feature a rooftop terrace with a large heated outdoor swimming pool, rooftop spas and private plunge pools. All our apartments feature their own Weber barbecue and WiFi access. There is free secure parking for guests at White Shells along with our friendly Tour Desk for all your entertainment needs!

Q: Is there car parking available?

There are two free basement car parks available for each apartment.

Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen is supplied and if your stay is longer than 7 days we will also give you a free clean and linen change.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

The apartments are not serviced daily however if your stay is longer than 7 days we will also give you a free clean and linen change. If you require more frequent service, please speak to the manager. There is an additional charge for this service.

Q: Is the pool heated?

All pools, by private and communal, are heated throughout the year.

General information about our location.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

There are five restaurants within walking distance of White Shells. Two are right next door. There is also a small shopping complex within 10 minutes walk which includes a bottle store, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant and IGA. As well as this there are many restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

There is a bus stop within a couple of blocks.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

There is a range of local attractions. Below is a list of some of them. UnderWater World Sea Life, Mooloolaba

  • Day Tours to Fraser Island, Dolphin Wild Island and Noosa

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

There is a IGA Store with 10 minutes walk and two Coles Stores within 10 minutes drive. One at Coolum and one at Pacific Paradise.
